The drive thru is ridiculously unorganized and long. There was a hair in my bagel and a hair in my coffee, need I say more? I never leave this DD satisfied. I will never go there again. I honestly don't know how this location stays in business when there is one about a mile away that is basically perfection. I would go out of my way to never have to go to this DD again.

terrible worst location ever evon is terrible and rude and spits on the floor the store has a great manager but crap employees It took them 20 min to get an ice tea and two doughnuts it was warm and not fresh the employees are rude and disgusting one named heather was just parading around with out a hat on and her nappy hair is just everywhere the employees constantly have no respect for there employer or costumers

I wouldn't even give it one star. The store was swarming with flies, water on the floor behind the counter. The girl at the counter didn't know how to change an order, gave people the wrong change, and forgot to charge me until I told her. Ugh

Hands down the worst DD franchise in the area. I only go here because of it's proximity to my house, and to the on ramp of the 869. The teenagers who work in here are either stoned on weed, or just don't give a f***. Every order has to be repeated and rechecked for accuracy. Besides that, the selection of donuts etc. never changes. In PB county they offer danish, and more. If you want to see how a professionally run DD franchise operates, go to the one on Wiles Rd.and Riverside Dr. Owner(s) on premises running their business. Not an absentee left to kids like this one.

I started coming to this Dunkin Donuts early 2013, and it quickly replaced the store closest to my house as my "go-to" for my morning pick me up. Admittedly, the lines here are longer than most Dunkin Donuts, but they've always navigated the crowds with ease. On some busy mornings, there's a crew member standing outside in the drive-thru line, helping customers out before they even get to the window. I always opt to go inside, and (even on their most crowded mornings) never have to wait too long. The employee are a joy - one of them even memorized my (semi)-complicated order during the holidays, and would have it rung up for me before I even made it through the door! I was blown away. This is a well-run Dunkin Donuts in a really fabulous location!

I like this location. It was doing horrible before but its manager as well as employees have been doing thier best to improve. I went in on Tuesday June 9th. The young man at the register was very nice.I got my coffee and my food quickly and orderly. Good experience this time.

Not only is the service terrible but every time I come here the management team is nasty and I feel terrible for those employees as I have seen them being yelled at through the drive thru. The def. need a visit by the health inspector as well I make I go in now and see who is grabbing my food items as I am not interested in being served by 5inch nails that can not be properly cleaned

Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I would give no stars if possible. Staff is super slow and seems lost. Takes forever to get your drinks and they are usually wrong. You give up hope after the second attempt since you have to wait for them to correct it. Management is extremely rude......customer is always right. Really didn't appreciate the manager yelling Hello and next guest at me so she can take my order and then refuse because she thought I cut the line. Turns out the guy in front of me already ordered and I was actually next. Didn't get a sorry just got attitude. Will not be going back ever again!!!!

This dunkin donuts must be the worst one I've ever been to. I went in to order some food, and there were three employees just standing together in a corner talking to each other not even paying attention. Then another customer came in behind us, and that's when one employee noticed. Unfortunately she only noticed because she yelled at him to "stop talking about shit in her life to people." Then another girl came from the back, and walked straight to the register, but she stood there and continued to have a conversation on her cell phone while staring at the line. Finally I got to order my whole wheat bagel with veggie egg white and cheese. When I got my food I waited so long for I got a whole wheat bagel with veggie egg white and cheese along with an extra egg for some strange reason! Why I would get an egg on my bagel wen I ordered egg white is besides me! My forms also went another time, and not only got hair in her food, but her coffee as well. This whole place needs to be changed because I wouldn't go to it if someone paid me to.

I really wish I could give this place no stars. I am guessing they stay in business because the area either lives on sugar, or the location is just that good... My b/f and I were running errands and he decided he wanted coffee. We pulled into the drive-through, and there was one car in front of us, and a practically empty parking lot. He ordered his light & sweet iced latte, and I ordered iced coffee with extra cream and no sugar. The young lady who took the order had to be corrected twice on our items, so I was apprehensive. We got up to the window and he confirmed again that the iced coffee was extra cream and no sugar, and she agreed and repeated it. We paid, then out came the drinks. His was fine, and mine clearly had extra cream, but I am fairly certain there was more than extra sugar in it, as well. A look at the bottom of the cup was evidence of that... We explained to the young lady that this drink had sugar and asked if we could please get one without sugar, so she took it back, apologized, and gave me another iced coffee, repeating "no sugar!", but offered no straw. We drove away from the window before I could mention this or taste it, but we were still in front of the store. I opened the lid and tasted it, and sure enough, it was sweet. Again. End of story, we needed to go into the store to get the issue resolved. The final product did not have extra cream. It actually had less cream than they normally give, but it had no sugar so I just took it. I hate how this place makes me feel the need to accept what I don't want because I it is easier than getting what I asked for and paid for. It takes LESS energy and effort to add something to coffee than it does to not add something. This is why this location baffles me so. How hard is it to NOT ADD SUGAR to coffee? It's not like they need to remove it, just not add it! I really don't understand this place. I have never been anything but nice to the employees, and tip at the register when I go in, so I cannot imagine that they do it to me as a personal affront... Instead, it just seems that there is something broken that forces them to add massive amounts of sugar to everything. I just don't get it.

I love DD coffee! The help here is always on point. I really dont have to wait here like other places. Plus you cant beat a large ice coffee with cream sugar and carmel for $2.75
